Brow Studio Policies and Procedures

At the Brow Studio, we are committed to providing you with the best grooming experience. To ensure a pleasant and efficient visit for both you and our team, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies and procedures: 

Semi Permanent Make-up 

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.  This extra time allows us to apply numbing cream for your comfort and best results.

  • touch-up appointment is essential.  This must be done 4 to 6 weeks after your initial visit. Early scheduling is encouraged to secure your spot.    

  • If you had previous Microbladed/Ombrèd done elsewhere, please forward us a photo of your brows. Our expert technicians will assess whether further Microblading/Ombrè would be the best treatment for you or whether you would benefit from one of our alternative treatments eg Brow Laser Removal, Biochemical removal or Colour correction.

  • Your well-being is our priority. Please provide any relevant medical history or medication information for your safety. Familiarize yourself with our Health Contraindications and Pre Care Procedure 

DEPOSITS 

A 50% Deposit is required for all treatments over R400.  Failure to pay your deposit within 3 days of making your appointment will result in appointment cancellation. 

CANCELATION POLICY:  

  • We understand that circumstances may change. To avoid deposit forfeiture of full treatment fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. 
    Late-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture or full treatment fees.

ARRIVING ON TIME:
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment to ensure we can provide you with the full service you deserve.  Late arrivals may result in a 50% fee due to lost time.  

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your specialist to ensure the longevity of your treatment.

NOISE LEVEL:

To maintain the relaxing nature of our Studio and for the sake of our other guests, we kindly request that cell phones are placed on silent during your treatment.

Lash Extension Policies & Procedures

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Cancellation Notice: Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee/Late Arrival:  Will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

A 5-minute grace period is granted. Exceeding this may lead to rescheduling and deposit forfeiture.

Respecting the Next Client Appointment:  

We kindling ask for your understanding in the importance of respecting the next client's time slot. Late arrivals impact our ability to uphold the high standards of service we aim to provide. We're committed to making lashes flutter, not our schedule!

A standard lash extension treatment typically takes 2 hours.

No Rush Policy:

Commitment to Quality: 

Rushing compromises results. We allocate sufficient time for perfection. Remember, we're creating perfect lashes!

Schedule fill appointments every 2-3 weeks for optimal lash maintenance.

Consultation and Patch Test:

Patch Test: 

First-time lash extension clients, please schedule a patch test to ensure no allergic reactions to the lash glue.

Day of Appointment Consultation:

A consultation on the day of your appointment will be conducted to discuss your preferences and expectations

Follow pre-appointment tips that will be sent via WhatsApp for optimal results.

Aftercare Tips:

Adhere to aftercare instructions sent via WhatsApp to maximize lash benefits.

Client Responsibilities:

Behaviour during Appointments:

Please minimize unnecessary movement and less chatter, more flutter. Sit back and let us work our magic.

Cell phone Usage:

- No answering calls during treatment and phone must be on silent.

- Wear comfortable clothing.

- Consider bringing EarPods for your tunes. This time is your relaxation.

Communication:

We encourage open communication and your feedback.

Lash Fixes:
Reporting Timeframe: Report any concerns within 72 hours for assessment and potential fixes.
